Natty bb'er just off comp
Just came off a contest prep and now am in the stage of reversing and I'm looking to take full advantage of the ability to pack on lean mass post show. I've been lifting for 8 years or so and have tried a lot of programs on the WBB database but I'm looking for something new and challenging to try that can aid in my hypertrophy goals. If anyone has some links to a quality program that would be awesome. I've been doing a 6x week body part split for the last year so I would prefer to try something new. Thanks!
