Can you eat too much?
Im joining the gym at the end of the month and im a oerson who finds it hard to gain. Is it possible to eat too much ok the beginning?
Assuming that your goal is to gain overall mass then I would not worry about restricting calories, but it is always possible to eat too much 'bad food' that would not necessarily provide any value to your physique. Since you find it challenging to gain you may want to look to include some calorie dense foods like peanut butter, salmon, protein shakes with heavy cream or coconut oil, etc.
