I would say keep working at it. Maybe its me but I can se mine finaly it took fore ever but they are there now

Frank, try the skulls on an incline bench, they seem easier on the elbows and just as hard on the tri's.
I also find a reverse grip (underhand) on cg bench and pushdowns works better for hitting the tri's.
