Add 10% to you bench in 10 weeks?
I'll save some of you the trouble of reading. I read about this in FLEX. Anyway, they have a huge editorial based on a system that they claim will add up to 10% onto your bench strength. From what I've read so far, it seems to be basically formed around a high volume routine for 10 weeks. I was wondering if any of you have read that article and what your thoughts are on the subject. The reason? I was benching 315lbs for 4 reps, but I had to take off about 3 or 4 weeks for some personal business, and since then my bench press has been down by about 30lbs. I've been back at it now for about a month, and I was hoping for my strength to be back up to what it was before the hiatus.
