Should I cut or should I bulk?
I'm 6 feet tall and around 280 lbs.....in other words....much bodyfat to shed, BUT......what would you do if you were in my shoes? What is the best road to take? I am basically a "new" lifter........Should I bulk and then cut? Should I cut and the bulk?
What kind of strategy would you use? I know it's up to me and my goals but I'm wondering what's (for a lack of better word) "easier"?
I'm worried that if I bulk right off the bat......I'll see great gains but will lose it all when I eventually cut.
I think I want to bulk.....but what can I expect if I bulk right away as a rookie and have to eventually lose alot of bodyfat? Should I just cut right away? Would like to hear some opinions along with some reasoning. Thanks alot....
