My goal, is it possible?
Wellmy goal is to simply get down to 220 (200 flat would be even greater, but I would settle for 220) by summer (like by late may early june time). Currently I am at 270. I have gone down from 296 in a month and a half, but all I did to do that was eat slightly more cleanly (no where near what I should, but just cleaning it up some) and no extra work out time (like cardio). So if I eat clean and add some cardio time, do you guys think it's possible to get down to the 220 in time? Thanks for the input!
of course it is. as long as you stay strict with your diet. are you doing any weight training? that will be a huge factor in the long run.
I was doing weight training. I haven't renued my membership this year for it, bc now that I'm 18, the membership fee's are four times as much as when I was still a minor (which is on the heavy side of things for my budget, but I might still go ahead and get it). I am going to lift at my school though as of right now until I decide further to renew my membership at the gym or not.
