swap the milk for water in meal 2 ?
Looks like you have plenty of protein IMO (unless you weigh over 270lbs. :)). I would just throw in some more cals from a healthy fat source.Quote:

EDIT: If you really think you need the protein then you could throw in a half a serving of whey with the two meals with the lowest protein content.
