ive been dieting since april and have lost 35 lbs but im still not happy i want 0 fat . I am thinking of going for a carb depletion after 5pm and try five meals with 40 grams of protein in each with about 35-40 grams of carbs(again none after 5pm)
let me know what you think im 180 now
if you get to 0% fat you will die.
and your nuts will shrink up.

Correction-- he would have to be dead to get to zero %. The functioning human body won't allow it.
not to mention the muscle catabolism being dead causes. that just doesn't seem like a good scene.
grrrrr lets not lose sight of my goal so do you think the new diet will promote fat loss?
how many grams of fat are you eating?
The important thing is that you are under your caloric maintenance level.
