Aka23 - I missed my chest workout last Tuesday and so did it the following day with back. Presently I am in transition and don't have a concrete plan just the desire to train more and get stronger. Meanwhile it is probably best to take it one day at a time and also avoid overtraining.
Cphafner - I'm not holding back on any set, but I have more control of the situation by moving the weights up slow and surely.
yo coccoa- one day at a time is the best plan.
looked at yo workout. i lik doing high volume but kinda the way yo do yo reps. right now im doing a high rep. just giving it a try
yo right pup and i have alot a fun. evryone wants to workout with us but they cant keep up. when we leave the gym ther sitting next door at the bar. priorty, i guess.

When you have a training partner situation like you guys have that is sheer luck. One day I may switch up and do the higher repetitions for variety plus that is how to get the look...;)

Thanks! I am not pleased with the presses. I hate to admit this, but I tried the 60's and did not get one rep bro...
DB Militaries are incredbily hard to get up for the first rep... I know that when I have a spotter for my first rep, I can usually push out 2 more reps that set, easily. No worries, keep at it... you're getting stronger!! :D

There is some soreness but not as much as you'd think, and it is actually kind of good to feel this way. Maybe I will do the same next session ;)
