Good stuff man. I did a tulle body program for a while and was making a lot of progress. Plus I always felt like I'd done more work when I left the gym.
Nothing impresses me more than the time you have put in and allowed us to follow you on this journey. 8 years is incredible and im happy to hear you are still going strong.

Surprised myself with the pullups, just went right at the added 130lbs and nailed it.
This upper body session, and even moreso the whole body work I have been throwing in here and there lately, basically reflects some sort of transition taking place - which is hopefully a good thing.
tip of the day: It's not a bad deal to go against the grain at times, but you will really make more steady progress if you follow some type of plan or outline no matter what you do. That is why I was so fond of the push-pull-leg split. Take note though, whatever you plan to do will work if you are at it steadily.
One day I will have your upper body strength. great shit.
