Good diet for gaining muscle, losing fat?
Is this is a good diet for me? I am trying to bulk up and lost fat.
- Egg omelet or scrambled egg, NS as to fat added in cooking
- Banana, raw
- Orange juice, with calcium added, canned, bottled or in a carton, unsweetened
- Mixed vegetables (corn, lima beans, peas, green beans, and carrots), cooked, NS as to form, NS as to fat added in cooking
- Chicken, breast, with or without bone, NS as to cooking method, NS as to skin eaten
- Peanut butter sandwich, natural
- Apple juice
- Milk, cow's, fluid, skim or nonfat, 0.5% or less butterfat
