When my schedule sucks weight gainers(cytogainer, nlarge) come in handy. Also peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are a good quick fix you can carry with you. If you can eat at work(and have a fridge) turkey sandwiches, sting cheese, peanuts, and cottage cheese and fruit are all quick fixes to get extra calories.
