Interesting READ.....nice post......5 reps @ BWX2? Nope not today,probably not next month either! I have enjoyed pullups since I could manage more than a set without feeling beat. Without a doubt this is one of my favorite exercises I just wish I COUDL do more!

That is a good article. I agree wholeheartedly that the bench press is overrated as a measure of one's physical prowess. This article was the kick in the ass I needed! :strong:
BTW, I was about to ask whether I should be doing wide-grip pullups instead of my current shoulder-width grip. Whew! Don't have to worry about that anymore.
