full body workout vs. separate parts
hey all. does it really make that much difference to do certain bodyparts once a week or so during a weekly workout routine compared to near full upper body workouts and full lower body workouts a couple times a week each? ive seen many good opinions on either one, assuming you get adaquete sleep and dont overtrain. wondering what was more beneficial. i personnally have seen good gains doing almost full body workouts (either lower or upper body that day) with compound movements. thanks.
