Is there anything wrong with doing these? Like are they a bad exercise in any way, just curious cause I don't see that many people doing them. I used to do them but kind of stopped cause I see nobody here does them.

why do em? to stretch out?
I used to do them with dumbells and they worked awesome for my traps. I do shrugs now but there is only so much I can deadlift and grip is always an issue etc. Was thinking of doing a few sets of these as well.
Was just wondering if there is anything wrong with the movement though? Like if it's bad for your shoulders etc? I don't see anyone doing them so there must be a reason, cause I mean they do work for your traps heh.
