Bulk or cut? What ya'll reckon?
So I gained lotsa LBM with this 2-3 month bulk but I think I overdid it a little by eating a little too much calories a day. I went from 180 lbs to 191 but my BF also went up from 8,5 to 13-14 I think. I'm loving all the muscle I gained and I can clearly see a difference from when I started the bulk but Im also hating the fat around my waist, abs are totally gone (when I flex I can see a few lines) so I was pondering about cutting again back to 8% or so cause I dont want to get my BF that high (scared of raising setpoint).
Do you guys usually bulk for 3 months and then cut for 1 etc or bulk way longer and just cut 2 months before summer?
