I have a friend in a wheelchair who has requested me to come up with a lifting program for him. He is not in good shape right now and his shoulders have been torn up from the chair so he needs to strengthen them and become more flexible. He's actually an amputee w/ one working leg but is in a wheelchair most of the time due to problems with his prosthetic.
I am thinking full upper body a couple times a week and mostly universal type excersices initially. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
