tricep elbow pain
i'm starting to experience a lot of pain when i do any of the tricep exercises, pulldowns, skull crushers, etc... i do however, notice no pain in dips or close grip...can i expect the same benefits if i focus on these exercises than the rest, personally, id say yes...considering the close grip is an great compound..BUT, will it interfere with chest?
i personally think if anything is causing actual pain to stop
if you are gonna keep lifting like most of us do anyway, you could just experiment with different grips and different excercises, to stimulate the triceps all you have to do is push or extend, theres tons of variations, find what works for you and doesnt hurt

oh i forgot, you could always try lowering the weight
