decided to start seriously
i train in kyokushin and kickboxing and have decided that i wanna get bigger, though i can not until after june 6, i currently lift weights but dont necesserarily have a proper routine that i am following.
i am around 6"1/6"2 and weigh 76 kg's, just wondering if you people could help with a good routine of exercises etc. (please dont say wbb1)
i wanna get around the size of vin diesel or at the most the size of the rock.
