I adjust cals as needed so I could be anywhere between BW x 11 - BW x 13.
I have never intentionally cut. If I did cut, I expect that I would consume BW x 18-19 calories per day.
Right now I am using BW X 11-12 six days a week and BW X 18-19 every saturday as a refeed. It's tough on workout days, sometimes I go as high as BW X 13 on workout days, hard to keep cals down on those days.
i start at about 15 and adjust from there.

dont know..i just follow a sheet on what i am to eat at each meal
i just do what works. i start at x12, and i see some fat loss, and then when it stall, i lower cals to like x10 for maybe another 2 weeks. and when that stops, i don't want to go any lower b/c it'll be at the expense of my metabolism so i start a bulk, and just get ready for the next cut. that has seemed to work the best for me.
I have no idea what my metabolism is (though it seems a tad faster than average), but I usually just go x12 average for the week
Probably about 15-16 x bodyweight. I prefer to burn the extra calories through weight training or cardio.
