anyone familar with Crossfit? the site is www.crossfit.com, i started it a week ago, after doing some research on it, then i actually incorporated some of the excercises to my regular workout. (most people do some of the more common ones usually: deadlift, dips, pullups, etc)
I just glanced at it, but it looks like a pretty basic conditioning program. Never a bad idea.
I do think their mantra of 'specialising in not specialising' defines GPP pretty well.
Might be worth a little more time to read more.
