what is the difference between military press and shoulder press
i've noticed that many ppl do military presses. i am switching up my routine to do these instead of shoulder press but i checked out http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/ShouldWt.html and these both look the same to me except one says to lower to chest, the other says to lower to neck.
i checked on http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/mahler61.htm for military press it says "lower to your upper chest or chin (depending on what is comfortable)". what is the difference between military press and shoulder press?
