Hi, I was just wondering, I work abs everyday, I don't feel that it is over training because it isn't that intense of a routine. I only use weights in 1 set of the ab routine. I have been doing abs everyday for about a year now, my abs have grown, they haven't shrunk like people would say? What do you guys think?
You're wasting time. Spend your 8 minutes doing something else, and only work abs 3 times a week if you must.
Do what works for you. Do I think you can work your abs everyday without overtraining them? Yes. Do I think that's the most efficient approach? Not at all. If you like working them that much and see results as well, then keep doing it.
