Dude I would die to have you arms!! What are there size?
Tendons or something. Not terribly neat.
To be honest with you, I've never measured my bicep. The only measure I ever take is my weight.
I've attached a couple of bicep shots. Maybe sixteen inches or something like that?
Damn, I wish it was slightly neat. :whiner:
nice thick bis, keep up the good work!
Thanks; I'd kill for a really high peak. The second shot is extended (i.e. fist facing away) while the first shot is compressed (i.e. classic, fist in). Does anyone think it's genetics, or could I work on getting a killer peak?
have any other body shots, like back, chest, legs, shoulders. What are your goals by the way?
peak is genetic, nothin u can do
I've had an allergic reaction/poisoning for the past month, and so I don't have anything new from within like a month and a half. Like you, I'm pretty tall and naturally thin; I went from 6'3" around 170 in the middle of May to 187 this week. My goals are to continue putting on mass while maintaining my lean body, and avoiding gear. Also, I have an old leg injury; my left leg is much smaller than my right leg (probably to the tune of 15-20 lbs) and I'd really like to add some mass back to it. That's pretty difficult, but I'm working on it.
Here are a couple of pictures; I wasn't taking them with the intent of posting them here, but they show my abs/leanness somewhat. I've gained five to ten pounds since these were taken, though.
JT -- Yeah, that's why I think too. I have a decent peak, but I'd really like a high one.
i. Yes I doQuote:

Just adding a picture I've taken tonight that's a similar shot to one from over a month ago, and putting up a quad picture. You might be able to tell which leg is the injured leg, though it's not as apparent as it is in person. I'd put up a calves picture, but it's honestly too embarrassing.
I think your chest is lacking a tad. Overall though, nice pics :p
Everything is lacking more than a tad -- but perhaps the chest more than anything. I worry that my tricep strength is taking away from putting enough strain on my chest.
You can take a wider grip if you are worried about the tri's overpowering the chest.
Also you can lift heavier on bench do flyes, cable crosses, pec deck, weighted dips ther is aton of other exercise to build mass on your chest. Overall you are very lean just start eating and lay on those slabs of muscle.
Nice pics. Lean.
Do you have really long legs or are you just that wide? I ask cause you don't have the typical 6'3" long torso.
it could be a striation, or just your tendon, its hard to tell exactly when your finger is pointing on it.
Justin: yeah, you're right -- I'll try that.
Sublime: I already do a good number of flys; my gym has a horrible peck deck. They had an old one for years that was great, and then they decided to buy a new one that's a piece of ****.
Herc: Thanks. Uh, I think I'm pretty long everywhere. I guess I don't know if my torso is short or not. One thing, though, is that I'm pretty "shallow": my waist and chest and entire torso is not deep from back to front.
XX: Must be a tendon.
nice bod, keep it up, the legs do not look much different
