I started this thread and some way it got out of hand!(refering to the discussion between chris and gopro)
anyway gopro, I'm working on your advice to gain some size, any particular comments on how I should work on my chest, shoulders, back, triceps?

Just follow the WBB routine or others that people have posted. Remember, no matter how much you workout; if you aren't eating enough food you won't gain size. Diet is more important than the training.
