Bicep Strength / Bicep Fatigue
Back in early August 2004, I could hammer 30's about 6 reps with each arm. This was at the beginning of my workout.
Since then, I have gotten my routine in order, and now I do bi's after back and traps. They are usually feeling totally dead by then.
2 months later (now), I have only improved by 1 rep with each arm. My improvements everywhere else have been large, but not for bi's. At the rate the rest of my body gained at, I should be hammering 35's with 6 reps. But I am still doing 7x30s.
Is it the fatigue on my biceps from doing 10-12 back sets that is resulting in this? Would that make sense?
Or have I just plain not gained with bis?
