Well, I've been training for strength rather than for size the past 2 months now. Stopped "bodybuilding" and started training strongman style...and that includes strongman events!!
Just took some pictures from last nights training so I thought I'd let everyone know how I'm doing and what I've been up to. :)
First one here is of me pulling my buddy's 3/4 ton chevy diesel 4 door AND my chevy 1/2 ton behind it. :D
