ahhaha Crazzzy lifting, i like visiting this journal...I wish i took lifting seriously when i was younger...Think i could of been doing hectic numbers too. If i lived in America, i would of played football no doubt...although i am only 5'10-11 (think thats too short)
Didn't work out this weekend. I have a basketball game today, and my football won so we are now in the Georgia State AAAAA Semi-Finals. I ate like crap yesterday....blah.
So today was supposed to be legs, back and bis...I didn't really get to the back..

I didn't do crap over the thanksgiving break because I'm lazy. I did eat a lot, but I'm not sure of what so I can't put it in my fitday. We lost in the state semi finals yesterday in the Georgia Dome. :cry: . I went by GNC and got some creatine and i'm going to start taking tomorrow. I'm also going to lift weights after school as a continuation of my last period weight lifting class, so I will get more done. I'll update this with my workout tomorrow.

Oh yea...I just started using creatine for the first time today, so in a week or 2 I'll tell you how it's working.
Today was weird. I felt energetic and strong, but I wasn't strong at all.

My tris were nice and sore after this, but I really didn't feel strong on bench. I was using a different bar than normal, and I could not figure out where to put my hands :cry:
We usually don't work out on wednesdays, but our coach decided to do a random azz workout.
Medicine Ball Situps (15lbs)
Only did 2 sets of these because I busted my lip open because the medicine ball nailed me in the face.
Ahhh...the great feeling of no 15lb ball hitting you in the face

I feel a lot stronger, and I think I look fuller (if that's possible). I haven't weighed myself in a while because the scale at school is broken, but I think I have gained a bunch of weight.

I felt really good yesterday. Hopefully this will continue. I still haven't weighed myself in a while. I had to take the SAT this morning. It kinda sucked. :read:
I slept like a baby last night. I was so tired from that stupid test. I ate pretty well yesterday which made me happy because I don't eat well on the weekends for some reason. Hopefully this will continue and I'll get to my goal in a few more months.
Wow. I'm eating like crazy today I'm already up to 4000 cals without my huge shake. Tell me what you think of this diet.
Meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal, scoop of whey
Meal 2: 3 pieces of pizza, large glass of milk
Meal 3: 2 hardshell tacos, 2 enchiladas, 2 burritos (Thank goodness for cheap mexican restaurants...This meal cost me $10!!)
then soon to be had
Meal 4: 2 scoops whey, 1.5 cup milk, Peanut butter, cup whole oats, banana
I usually eat one more meal but I woke up at 12 today. Oh well I got all my fats cals carbs and proteins.
By the way, I have to start using my scale at home (which I think is wrong in some direction) because the one at school is broken. Today i was 230.

Ok the thing in between you rest the bar on your chest then push it over your head and down a little bit then pull the bar back up to your chest. It kills your triceps and some muscle in your back that I can't pinpoint right now which one.
Tricep Pull downs
My triceps were huge after this. I got one of my best pumps ever today. I have been real sore lately. Maybe the creatine is getting me to do more reps and more weight and that's why? Who knows. I feel great.
I went to the gym today just to weigh myself. I was 134.8 WOO.
Played kickball today...WOOO. I suck at it though.
Haven't updated in a while because my computer is still messed up. I did work out the rest of last week. Today was squat max, I was pretty disappointed.
eh still the same as it was.
