When should i start cutting?
I am 6'1 and weigh 193. I've been bulking for 2 weeks now, taking in around 300gs of protein/4500-5000 calories a day. So far I've put on around 3 pounds. I've been lifting seriously for around 2 years and have always been pretty defined, but now the definition is starting to dissappear with the bulking...my 6pack is starting to dissappear :cry: . My goal weight is to reach 205-210, which I hope to accomplish by the beginning of march. How long will it take for me to become cut again once I reached my weight goal if I stick to a strict exercise and diet regime? A few weeks?months? Also, will I be able to take creatine while cutting, or will it hinder the definition?
