How is this for my meals?
Ok, i have done careful consideration, so how is this so far....im at 190 right now. If the article on going cut is right, i multipled by 12 = 2280. Subtract 500 = 1780, so that is 1780 of calorie counting, and I'm signed up for the thing at fitday.com. The things in italics are going to change from day-to-day. Tell me how this sounds, and how I could change it to make it better.
6:45 - 7:00 A.M.
1/2 Cup of Natural Oatmeal (150 calories)
12:50 - 1:00 P.M.
TunaFish Sandwitch OR Chicken Nuggest w/ French Fries.
1/2 Cup of home grown pecans.
4:50 - 5:10 P.M.
Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast w/ Rice
1 Cup of 2% Milk
Then on top of all that, I drink 1 gallon of water a day. Please help me change and improve my diet to get me to my goal. Thanks :thumbup:
