Most know me...those who don't soon will...so i'll skip any long melodramatic monologue on who i am, how long i've trained or any of that sort of thing.
Squats 3 warmups, 345x4 ATF, 225x20 parallel...no belt
Leg ext/Leg Curl SS 250x15/120x15
Reverse CGBP (wasn't supposed to do tri's tonight...dumbass) 185x10+4+2 (rest-paused)
BB curl 95x6+4+2 RP
Wrist curls 55x15
M1-6oz lean kielbasa, 2 slices ww toast, 2tbsp jelly
M2-3 turkey hot dogs
M3-6oz steak, 1 baked potato, 1/4 cup shredded cheese
M4-3oz steak, 1 sweet potato
M5 & 6...not sure yet
Teh other stuff
I can't believe i forgot to do calves...that's what i get for forgetting my log book. I'm going to get a bit more rhythm to this training routine, probably gonna steal what ST is doing. I also need to have him help me with the diet...so i'll get that outline posted up when i get er all figured out.
