Should I be bigger/stronger for my weight?
This may sound like a weird question to some so bear with me. First of all I've been lifting seriously for about 2 years. I'm 5'9.5" and went from a scrawny 148lbs to right now I'm 201lbs. My BF% went from about 13% to 16%. Here are my stats:
Waist: 34-35" :mad:
Bench Press: 275lbs
Unfortunately I don't have stats for when I started but lets just say I was MUCH scrawnier and weaker :) My question is are these good measurements/figures for someone of my height & weight? It seems my chest and arms should be a little bigger for someone 200lbs, and my bench seems a little weak. Maybe I put more weight on in my legs but then I would think my squat would be stronger than it is. It also could be all in my head, lol.
