Some lifts, bad form ?
Alright when i do JM presses, my shoulders are cracking, is this normal ? Also are you suppose to flare out the elbows?
When I do tate presses I feel some type of pain on my shoulders again, it doesn't hurt but it feels awkward. Are Tate Presses suppose to work the shoulders to ?
Ok, sry if this is a pointless thread, but no one else experience these things like I do when doing these lifts ?
well i dont know what JM presses and Tate Presses are
I keep my elbows in for JM press. Try that.
