Form on DB press....
Is it possible to get too wide on a DB press? I often feel like I'm working my arms more than my pecs on a DB press, and today I kept the DB's narrower/closer together throughout the whole motion and it felt like i was working my pecs more. I felt like I was pressing more up/down and less out and up, if that makes sense.
Just try and keep your forearms perpendicular to the floor, don't let your arms bow out
For some reason I find if I turn my palms towards each other and bring them together at the top of the movement I feel it in my pecs A LOT more, and my form stays better, give it a try.
