Pre Workout Meal Confusion
I've been getting mixed information on pre workout meal when I'm on my cutting diet. I do my workouts first thing in the morning because of work my work schedule, if I did it when I got back home, I'd be lifting @ 10pm at night. Well, back to my question, I've heard people say that you want to work out on an empty stomach first thing in the morning because it will help burn fat, but I've heard people say that you need to have fuel to work out so food is needed. I have actually done it both ways, and don't seem to see a difference in my workouts. I feel about the same either way. Since I am trying to cut, would it be better not to eat anything before morning workout or eat something before? Also, what would be the best thing to eat when cutting during pre workout meal? Thanks for any help.
