Anything wrong with this? I normally have pyramided up in squats..light weight high reps on the first set, until i get to low reps, high weight on the last. Been reading here that its better to do many rep sets instead (like 20+) but when I try that it tears up my stomach something awful and I feel like I have to vomit.
Should I stop there like I have been, or just keep a trash can next to me and break the threshold? Thanks !
