new to dieting...
ok im starting to cut, and i do a **** load of cardio ( boxing, jumprope, running...) but i never watched what i ate when tryin to cut before. i knew i used to eat all day before but today i was watchin myself and i can limit myself to around 2500 cals in a day. is that reasonable for cuttin? btw i know nuttin about dieting
It might be reasonable, or not.
What all were you eating before?
And sh!tloads of cardio won't undo a crappy diet.
