Starting this thread to get some new breakfast idea's. This is my favorite Breakfast that I make alot to replace Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Mcmuffins.
-100% WW English Muffin or Bagel(Toasted)
-99% FF Ground Turkey Meat season it however you like to season your meats and shape it into a burger style shape and put it on a formen grill or non-stick pan(Up to you on how big you want your Turkey burger to be.)
-1 Slice/or Sherreded of what ever cheese you like.
-1 or 2 scrambled eggs depending on how much egg you want.
Put it all together and you have a Turkey, Egg and, Cheese muffin/bagel breakfast that is much healthier then a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin from mcdonalds or something.
