I have been liften for 4 weeks so far very hard. I have been eating very well, chicken, eggs, milk, steak, turkey sandwhiches, protein shakes, everything, eating and sleeping well. Everytime I lift I go 110% until I cannot move that bodypart that I focuesd on lifting, now the results I see are very limited,
Should I try supplements ? Is 4 weeks too soon to see any results ?
