Would you say I'm on track?
Age: almost 19 (2 months)
Weight: 145ish (under 150 right now grrrr)
Anyway, I eat 4000 or so cals a day; sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less.
I'm going for a "clean bulk"; we both know what foods that means...
You think I'm getting enough cals for a bulk? I can tell I've gained a little bit of BF, but not enough to change belt holes or anything...
I'm in my 3rd week of official bulk and my lifting has been going up nicely; I've noticed increases in leg strength the most.
