I'm currently doing WBB#3. On the leg day, it is 2 lifts shorter than the other 2 days already. I need a replacement for leg extensions so I can get at least 4 lifts in. I workout at home and all I have is a bench, barbell, and some dumbells. The leg extension attachment on my bench doesn't work right for me. It hits right in the middle of my shin and is way too painfull to use it. So if anyone could give me a list of replacements for them that would be kick***.
