1. Do you do cardio before or after an workout?

I have a good 4 pack....but for some wierd reason icant get my lower abs....albeit that is where my fat is,..in my midsection...but even still when i flex them i have a good 4 pack just the lower abs are not visible at all....any tips how to get them....im currently 185 and that is due to me bulkin up 15 pounds the past 2 months...even at 170...i did not have the lower abs...
3. im starting to get stretch marks under my armpits...wiut do u think is the best way od preventing them from gettin larger..
4. If you guys r training hard.....say ur in a maintaining stage.,...would u stil leat mcdonalds or any fast food?

3. if you're growing quickly stretch marks will happen
4. as little as possible.

2. some people only have a 4 pack genetically....2 are lost at birth
3. stretch marks mean you aren't meant to lift....take up running
4. McDonalds once and awhile is bad for you, but daily won't hurt as you body adapts
or you could do what getfit said and do a ****ing search
