i track all my food on fitday. i usually take in about 3200-3600 cals a day.
today i punched everything in and after going over it all about 8 times, i confirmed that i had barely consumed 1900cals.
Kinda pisses me off. yesterday i worked so hard to get in 4,000 cals, then today i ended up skipping a meal and was really busy, didnt think i would be this low.
I'm trying to find a way to make up this deficit before bed, lol
