Would this be a good routine while cutting?
Strength and Hypertrophy Training
i am going to start cutting next week and start with some cardio as well to get into better shape since my winter consisted of eating/lifting with no other activities.
would the strength and hypertrophy routine work well with cutting or should i use something like a WBB routine or something comopletely different? i know cutting is mostly diet but my old routine is getting stale and i need something new. any suggestions?
my goal is around 200 lbs and ultimately a solid physique. nothing huge just solid and strong, a power look.
