I hate the rower! it is great for conditioning though... good job!
**UPDATE** INJURED!**
So last Thursday/Friday I came down with a case of really bad pain down lower back and back of legs whenver move or stretch. Absolutely horrendous pain, so i've been out the gym and resting. I literally can hardly bend over without feeling it down back of legs and back. (Sciatic nerve maybe?)
Really think it was the rower as I did hit it hard after not rowing for over a year, as well as a lot more walking and jogging to and from work, and all the heavy triples. Just think my body had enough.
So...once this goes away and heals up I won't be doing month on/month off of triples, I'll be doing week on/week off, and see how I fair with that!
So frustrating, was really getting somehwere too!
that's a pisser mate! have you been to the doctor or a physio about it? might be able to massage it out.
