April Progress Pics: half inch growth in biceps
successfully completed my 4th month of weights and it gets more addicting everyday. went from 251lb to 257lb in the month, thanks in part to creatine, and in part to that mofo called fructose. bodyfat stays the same at 13.7 but I look fatter I think(bloat from creatine?). I am seeing more vascularity though. pics were taken in the morning with no food and no pump whatsoever. what do you guys think?
