Dead lift and Squat
What is the difference between dead lift and squat (regular). It seems that they are almost the same type of movement.
And, I don't have a squat rack in my house. Should I do squats with a dumbell in each hand or should I just stick with doing dead lifts?
Well, in a sense I guess if you were using dumbbells they would be pretty much the same movement. More of a deadlift then a squat though. When you use a barbell, that's when it really is different though. Squat works the back and legs. Deadlift works the back, legs, arms.
