Is this the right deadlift form?
So I've recently added deads back into my workout but I've had bad experiences in the past so I want to make sure I've got the form down this time. A picture's worth a thousand words. Now i know it was stupid but after I was done with my regular deads I decided to try and max just for ****s anywhey this is it my best dead ever at 300 lbs. Yeah i know not crazy heavy but for a guy who doesn't deadlift up until this point I'm pretty pleased. check it out let me know what you guys think
