I really feel that lunges are an under-appreciated exercise. Still can't get over how tired/sore I get after only a few sets of 10. Really hits those stabilizer muscles that I've been neglecting.

Felt like complete shit today. No idea why, had plenty of rest over the holiday weekend. 5th rep with 390 was pretty ugly and felt just as bad as it looked.
