Help me out with a routine issue here
So as some of you may know, my wife (God bless her) is going back to school soon. During the evening I'll be watching a house full of kids, and will probably only be able to do a short workout each night, except for Friday when she's home.
What do you think about this? The alternatives I suppose would be morning workouts (very unlikely with me) or working out on weekends only (yuck).
